Car Park: From St-Laurent-du-Pont, take the road that goes to St-Pierre-de Chartreuse. A short time after the exit of the town, take the road on your right towards Monastère de Béthléem. Be careful, the road is narrow. Park after the Chartreuse of Currière on the «Parking randonneurs».
Description: (1) At the car park of the Chartreuse de Currière, take the forest road of None to «Cul de Lampe/Grande Sure» (yellow signs). When you reached the Belvédère de None (2), keep going towards «Cul de Lampe/Grande Sure». 800 meters further, the track splits in two (3), take right (yellow sign). The marked path leads to «La Terrasse». Keep following «Cul de Lampe/Grande Sure». From there, the forest track turns into a mountain path. The atmosphere is changing while you reach 1,490 meters high and «La Prairie», the gateway for the small valley of La Sure. (4) At the Col de la Sure, take right the path that leads to the top of la Grande Sure (5). For the way back, you have to come back on yourself.

Admission fee : Free of charge.

Opening : From 01/05 to 30/11. Subject to favorable weather.
