Starting from le Lac Bleu, the greenway goes along the cliff to the Cascade de la Pisse waterfall. The trail weaves near the Vénéon river and its glacier blue color to reach Venosc and its numerous craftsmen.

The Bourg d'Oisans - Venosc section has the only climb on the "Voie Verte" over a short kilometre there is a 30 m difference in height!
Marking : The trail is marked with national cycle & greenway (Voie Verte) signs. The route follows the GR, you will also follow the yellow hiking signs (PDIPR) and the red and white paint of the GR routes. Labelled "Voies vertes labellisées Tour de France"
